According to the expert, vegetables and greens are the real champions in detoxifying the body. "Beets have a beneficial effect on the liver and improve blood formation processes. Broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables stimulate the production of enzymes necessary for the detoxification function of the liver. Spinach and other leafy greens contain large amounts of chlorophyll, which effectively binds and removes toxins. Garlic, rich in sulfur, supports liver function and strengthens the immune system," the expert explained.

"Fruits and berries are equally beneficial - apples, cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, lemon. Pectin helps bind toxins in the intestines, while antioxidants improve the condition of blood vessels and protect cells from oxidation. Among grains and seeds, oats (especially in the form of oat jelly) gently cleanse the digestive tract and reduce the load on the liver, while flaxseed, as a source of omega-3 and fiber, helps eliminate toxins," noted Lyalina.

The biologist also highlighted several products with powerful detoxification properties: turmeric, which stimulates bile production due to its antioxidant properties; ginger, which improves blood circulation and digestive processes; and green tea, which contains catechins that protect the liver from damage. Lyalina paid special attention to the role of clean water, calling it an indispensable element for maintaining the quality of blood composition and effective elimination of toxins through the kidneys.
