SENSATION IN CARDIOLOGY: HOT CHILI PEPPER CAN EXTEND LIFE - NEW STUDY BY AMERICAN SCIENTISTS

Cardiologists from the prestigious Cleveland Clinic (USA) have discovered an amazing connection between consumption of hot chili peppers and longevity. The revolutionary results of this large-scale analysis will be presented at the annual scientific sessions of the American Heart Association.

During this grand study, scientists analyzed data from four large-scale works covering more than 570 thousand people from different countries around the world - USA, Italy, China, and Iran. All studies were aimed at identifying the relationship between regular consumption of chili peppers and mortality rates.

The results surprised even the researchers themselves: chili pepper lovers demonstrate significantly lower mortality rates! Their risk of death from cardiovascular diseases is reduced by an impressive 26%, from cancer - by 23%, and the overall risk of premature death from any cause - by a whole 25% compared to those who avoid spicy food.

The key to solving this phenomenon may be capsaicin - a natural alkaloid that gives pepper its famous heat. Scientific data indicate that this substance has powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-cancer effects, and also helps regulate blood glucose levels.

Despite the promising results, scientists maintain scientific caution: the exact mechanisms of capsaicin's beneficial effects on the body require further study. Additional clinical research is needed for final conclusions and a complete understanding of the biological processes.
