Turkish journalists caught in crossfire in Syria's hot spot
The film crew of Haber Global TV channel experienced dramatic moments in the vicinity of the Syrian city of Es-Suwayda when they found themselves at the epicenter of a suddenly erupted battle. Correspondent Mehmet Altunishik and cameraman Alperen Ulukush were gathering material for a report on the tense situation in the region when Syrian army positions came under intense fire.
In response to the attack, Syrian government troops immediately launched a counteroffensive, opening massive fire on the attacking forces.
