For five days, the young man consumed up to 30 eggs daily, allowing himself to drink only water. Respected dietitian Tom Sanders, in a conversation with the Daily Mail, revealed the serious dangers of such a mono-diet.

Despite the impressive amount of food consumed, the blogger admitted that a constant feeling of hunger accompanied him throughout the experiment. By the end of the five-day trial, Joshua recorded a noticeable decrease in body weight, while noting good well-being and even improved sleep quality.

Commenting on this extraordinary experiment, dietitian Sanders did not hide his concern. The expert particularly emphasized that such a diet poses a significant threat to people with elevated cholesterol levels. According to the specialist, eggs contain a substantial amount of this substance, and their excessive consumption can seriously harm health.

At the same time, the dietitian noted that eggs as a product have many beneficial properties. However, they are categorically unsuitable as the sole source of nutrition, as such a diet will inevitably lead to an excess of cholesterol while simultaneously causing a deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals.
