Ukraine will soon receive long-range weapons from Great Britain and Germany

As Report informs, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz announced the imminent delivery of long-range weapon systems for Ukraine as part of joint production with British and German defense industries. The statement was made during a joint press conference with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, broadcast by Phoenix TV channel.

"We discussed military support for Ukraine in detail, and it's not just about air defense, but also about Ukraine's ability to defend itself more effectively using long-range systems. We call this long range fire. Ukraine will already receive significant additional support in this direction in the near future, including through industrial cooperation that we have established with Ukraine," Merz emphasized.

The Chancellor specified that deliveries are expected "within the coming weeks and months."

It should be noted that the press conference took place after an important diplomatic event - the signing of a friendship treaty between Great Britain and Germany.
