Khamenei addressed the US with a warning

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei issued a stern warning to the United States, stating that any Washington intervention in the conflict between Israel and Iran would result in serious and irreversible consequences for the United States itself.

"Those who truly know Iran, its people and history, will never address us with the language of threats. Iranians are not inclined to surrender. If the United States decides on military intervention, they will inevitably face severe and irreparable damage," Khamenei said in his address to the nation. His resolute statement was officially distributed through the Supreme Leader's press service.

This speech was a direct response to what Khamenei characterized as "absurd statements" by US President Donald Trump, who had previously demanded "unconditional surrender" from Iran.
