Israel rejected Russia's mediation in the conflict with Iran.
As reported by TUT.AZ with reference to TRT, the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, stated that Israel categorically rejected Moscow's offer to act as a mediator in resolving the tense conflict with Iran.
"At the moment, we note a lack of interest, at least from Israel, in any mediation initiatives and desire for a peaceful resolution of the situation," Peskov emphasized.
He also noted that the situation in the region is rapidly heating up, developing according to a scenario of dangerous escalation, and remains completely unpredictable.
