Now this woman is 48 years old, she works as a doctor, lives in Europe, and is raising her own children.

The shocking details became public thanks to a new biographical book "Love, Freddie" (Love, Freddie), authored by Lesley-Ann Jones. Until now, the music world was convinced that Mercury had no biological heirs.

Only a small circle of close people knew about the daughter's existence: the artist's parents and sister, Queen members, and Mary Austin - a woman who played a key role in the musician's life. The daughter's real name remains a secret - in the book she appears under the initial "B". Despite the fact that the girl did not live with her father, Mercury often visited her, and before his death, he gave her 17 volumes of personal diaries, which later became the basis for the new biography.
