Experts recommend a simple but effective way to reduce the negative impact of comparisons – shifting the focus of attention. Instead of measuring yourself by others' standards, it's worth concentrating on your own development path. Each person moves at a unique pace, and the only truly significant comparison is between today's version of yourself and yesterday's. This approach allows you to notice personal progress and strengthen inner confidence.
