Polish President Andrzej Duda fell into the Baltic waters twice during a surfing demonstration for journalists
An unusual incident involving the head of state occurred at the famous Jurata beach in the Pomeranian Voivodeship of Poland. President Andrzej Duda, who decided to demonstrate his surfing skills to media representatives, fell twice into the waters of the Baltic Sea. The event took place in a specially cordoned-off area on the Hel Peninsula in the city of Jastarnia, where security forces monitored the safety of the high-ranking surfer. Thanks to the protective helmet and life jacket he was wearing, the president did not suffer any injuries.
