A shocking case of child cruelty occurred at one of the playgrounds in St. Petersburg. According to 78.ru, a group of schoolchildren attacked a ten-year-old girl whom they had been bullying for a long time due to her body shape. After the beating, the victim sought medical help on her own. Doctors diagnosed the child with a bruised abdominal wall; fortunately, there is no threat to her life.

The mother of the injured girl told journalists about the systematic nature of the abuse.

"Regularly, for the two years that we have been living here, they have been bullying her," the woman shared.

According to her, previously the aggression from peers was limited to verbal insults, but now the situation has reached a new, dangerous level.

Currently, law enforcement agencies are conducting a thorough investigation of the incident to establish all the circumstances and take appropriate measures.
