Ksenia Sobchak commented on the growing tension between Russia and Azerbaijan after the incident in Yekaterinburg
In her Telegram channel, the journalist shared her opinion about the situation:
"Currently, Azerbaijani media are publishing autopsy footage showing that the men literally have no uninjured spot on their bodies. I remind you, even if a person is a suspect (their guilt still needs to be proven!), this is not a license for torture. It doesn't matter what nationality they are, what citizenship they have, or what they are suspected of."
Sobchak emphasized that the actions of some law enforcement representatives have provoked an international conflict. "And then we'll be surprised why they don't like us 'there', don't wait for us, and why we get detained. It's all because someone believed too strongly in their impunity," the journalist noted.
