Alain Delon's inheritance in question: youngest son contests legendary actor's will
Alain-Fabien Delon, the 31-year-old youngest son of famous French actor Alain Delon, has filed a legal claim demanding that his father's will be declared invalid. According to Le Monde newspaper, the young man insists that at the time the document was drawn up in November 2022, his father did not possess clarity of mind. According to the contested will, the impressive inheritance of 50 million euros was distributed unevenly: the actor's daughter Anouchka received half of the estate, while the sons got only a quarter each. Alain-Fabien was particularly displeased by the fact that the exclusive rights to his father's creative legacy were transferred to his sister. He emphasizes that Anouchka lived with her father in the last years of his life and could have exerted psychological pressure on him.
As part of the legal proceedings, Alain-Fabien also intends to contest the deed of gift made out to Anouchka in February 2023, when Alain Delon was undergoing treatment at a Geneva clinic. The youngest son explained that he filed the lawsuit only now because he managed to gain access to his father's medical records dating back to 2019. According to these documents, the legendary actor was already suffering from serious cognitive impairments at that time, including problems with memory and perception of reality. During Delon's lifetime, this information was carefully concealed. Moreover, Alain-Fabien claims that his sister deliberately hid medical documents from other family members.
Notably, in November 2023, the actor's eldest son Anthony also initiated legal proceedings against his sister, accusing Anouchka of concealing information about their father's condition and attempting to change the will in her favor. The first court hearing in this case is scheduled for March 9, 2026.
