Alain Delon's inheritance in question: youngest son contests legendary actor's will

Alain-Fabien Delon, the 31-year-old youngest son of the famous French actor, has appealed to the courts demanding that his father's will be declared invalid. According to Le Monde, the heir claims that at the time the document was drawn up in November 2022, Alain Delon was unable to adequately assess his actions. According to the contested will, the impressive inheritance of 50 million euros was distributed unevenly: daughter Anouchka received half of the estate, while the sons got only a quarter each. Alain-Fabien was particularly displeased by the fact that the exclusive rights to his father's creative legacy were transferred to his sister. The youngest son emphasizes that Anouchka lived with her father in the last years of his life and could have exerted psychological pressure on him.

As part of the legal proceedings, Alain-Fabien also intends to contest the deed of gift made out to Anouchka in February 2023, when the legendary actor was undergoing treatment at a Geneva clinic. The youngest son explains his appeal to the court at this time by gaining access to his father's medical records dating back to 2019. According to these documents, the French cinema star was already experiencing serious cognitive impairments at that time, including problems with memory and perception of reality. According to Alain-Fabien, this information was carefully concealed during the actor's lifetime, and his sister deliberately hid medical documents from other family members.

Notably, this is not the first family conflict over Delon's inheritance. In November 2023, the actor's eldest son Anthony also initiated legal proceedings against his sister, accusing her of concealing information about their father's condition and attempting to change the will in her favor. The first court hearing in the case is scheduled for March 9, 2026.
