Nutrition Expert: Alla Pugacheva May Be Using Risky Weight Loss Methods
According to dietitian, nutritionist, parasitologist, therapist, and somnologist Anna Tsukanova, the 76-year-old Prima Donna of Russian pop music is likely resorting to unsafe methods to combat excess weight. The specialist shared her observations in an exclusive interview with the "Strasti" portal.
Anna Tsukanova notes that, given Pugacheva's known attitude toward plastic surgery, her current physical form was most likely not achieved naturally. "In my opinion, we're not talking about healthy eating and regular physical exercise. Most likely, medications such as 'Ozempic' or 'Mounjaro', hardware procedures, and possibly more surgeries are being used," the doctor emphasized.
The expert suggests that the star is unlikely to reveal the true methods of her transformation. According to Tsukanova, the Prima Donna has always actively worked on her appearance and apparently continues to do so. "She fears aging, fears wrinkles and natural age-related changes in the body, so she tries to fight them. But if you look carefully at her face, everything becomes obvious. We're not talking about natural beauty here," the specialist noted.
Anna Tsukanova urges women not to follow the celebrity's example, as such methods can be dangerous to health. The specialist explains that Alla Pugacheva has an "apple" body type, where fat deposits are concentrated primarily in the abdominal area. People with this body type are not only prone to being overweight but also face an increased risk of developing serious diseases due to visceral fat surrounding internal organs.
"It's more difficult for people with this figure to lose weight, and they often resort to not the safest methods, as Alla Pugacheva apparently did. This is her personal choice," the doctor concluded.
