Chicken meat can trigger the development of oncological diseases, disorders of the urinary system and liver, as well as lead to heart attacks, strokes, and even premature death.
This warning was made by Russian dietitian Darya Rusakova in an interview with the publication "Abzats."
"There are factors that significantly increase the harm of chicken meat. One of them is frying. With this cooking method, carcinogenic substances are formed in the product," the specialist emphasized.
In addition, the dietitian strongly recommended avoiding the consumption of chicken skin. According to her, it consists almost entirely of fat, and when heat-treated, its oncogenic properties increase substantially.
