Powerful magnetic storms hit Earth: scientists record disturbances of class G2 and G3

As reported by TUT.AZ, our planet has entered a zone of active geomagnetic disturbances after a cloud of solar plasma penetrated Earth's magnetic field. The information was confirmed by specialists from the Laboratory of Solar Astronomy at the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences through their official Telegram channel.

According to scientists' forecasts, in the coming hours we should expect further intensification of magnetic disturbances affecting our planet.
