Schoolboy shot his grandmother and grandfather for banning him from using his phone

A real family drama unfolded in the Brazilian municipality of Francisco Beltran. A 13-year-old teenager attacked his own grandparents after a domestic conflict, reports Ultimo segundo.

According to the media, the young man first attacked his grandfather, and then fired five shots into his grandmother's chest. Despite being wounded, the elderly man found the strength to call the police and engage in a fight with his grandson, eventually managing to disarm the attacker.

It turned out that the elderly couple had been raising the boy since he was seven years old. According to preliminary information, the cause of the brutal attack was a ban on using a smartphone. To carry out his plan, the teenager stole his uncle's gun after breaking into his car.

After the attack, the schoolboy attempted to hide in the forest, but law enforcement officers quickly found and detained the fugitive.
