Tragedy in São Paulo: Famous Influencer Dies During Aesthetic Surgery

As reported by TUT.AZ, a shocking incident occurred in the field of aesthetic medicine in São Paulo. 40-year-old Natalia Cavanellas Tomazella, a popular Instagram influencer and successful businesswoman, died right on the operating table during a complex cosmetic procedure.

The fatal operation included several interventions at once: liposuction, buttock augmentation, and breast implant replacement. The tragic outcome occurred at the final stage — at the moment of fat injections into the buttocks, the patient's heart stopped. Despite immediately initiated resuscitation measures, doctors were unable to revive the woman.

Law enforcement agencies have already begun an investigation, classifying the incident as a suspicious death. Representatives of the surgeon put forward a version about a possible pulmonary embolism — a dangerous complication in which blood vessels become blocked by fat particles. The final cause of death will be determined by forensic medical examination.

Natalia's loved ones claim that she had no health problems, and previous aesthetic interventions proceeded without any complications.

Natalia Cavanellas Tomazella was not only a media personality with almost 100 thousand followers but also the founder of her own PR agency. Her professional achievements were recognized at a high level — in March of this year, the municipality of São Paulo recognized her as one of the most successful female entrepreneurs of the year.

Natalia left behind a daughter. In an emotional statement, the deceased's husband noted: "Natalia was not only beautiful and successful but also strong, cheerful, and loving woman. I will always tell our daughter Manoelle about what a wonderful mother she was, and I will keep her memory alive."
