The company "Avtovaz" - Russia's largest car manufacturer and the official producer of the Lada brand - has initiated a large-scale recall campaign affecting over 47 thousand vehicles. The recall includes more than 22,000 Lada Vesta cars and over 24,000 Lada Largus vehicles sold on the market from October 2021 to August 2023.
As reported by TUT.AZ, this information came from Rosstandart.
"Subject to recall are 22,731 Lada Vesta vehicles and 24,408 Lada Largus vehicles sold between October 2021 and August 2023 with VIN codes according to the appendix. The reason for the vehicle recall: the absence of the control unit for the emergency services call system (SVEOS)," the official statement says.
