Powerful earthquake shook the Pacific coast of Ecuador
As reported by TUT.AZ with reference to the newspaper Türkiye, the tremors with a magnitude of 6.3 resulted in injuries to at least 20 people.
The natural disaster caused serious damage to the region's infrastructure — destruction was recorded in more than 60 residential buildings. A local medical center and a military facility were also damaged.
Seismologists determined that the earthquake's epicenter was at a depth of 30 kilometers.
