To maintain health, it is recommended to replace mayonnaise with lighter and healthier sauces. Excellent alternatives include natural yogurt with herbs, olive oil with lemon juice, or avocado puree, which do not create excessive burden on the body.
Mayonnaise vividly demonstrates how an everyday product can quietly undermine human health. The taste familiar since childhood turns into a serious threat to the cardiovascular system and figure. Giving up this sauce is not a deprivation, but a conscious choice in favor of healthy eating and well-being.
