Titled Russian bodybuilding champion and experienced fitness trainer Vitaly Fateev revealed the main principles of building a perfect body. The expert formulated two key rules that will help achieve the desired results, reports NEWS.Ru.
According to the professional, the ideal workout should last about an hour and be repeated three times a week. Fateev especially emphasizes the need for a balanced approach - an effective program necessarily combines strength training with cardio workouts, such as treadmill exercises.
"It's better to train with a coach. They will help properly organize the intensity of the workout so that you don't get distracted by conversations with neighbors in the gym," Fateev emphasized.
The famous bodybuilder also shared his vision of the "perfect figure." "It's about proportions. Some people, when looking at the body, lack shoulder muscles, others lack leg or glute muscles. All this is determined by the trainer," the specialist explained.
