Rostov Region Closes Two Economic Sectors to Foreigners: Acting Governor Signs New Decree

Yuri Slyusar, Acting Governor of Rostov Region, has introduced new restrictions on the regional labor market for foreign citizens, reports TUT.AZ with reference to lenta.ru.

The signed decree completely closes access for labor migrants to work in the metallurgical industry and fitness industry of the region. The regional administration emphasized that this measure was taken to protect the interests of Russian citizens in the labor market.

"The decision is aimed at ensuring priority employment for Russian citizens," commented the administration of Rostov Region.
