Kim Jong Un inspected large-scale air exercises of the North Korean Air Force

The Supreme Leader of the DPRK Kim Jong Un personally visited the elite air regiment of the first guards air division of the Korean People's Army, where he supervised comprehensive combat exercises of aviation units. This information was distributed by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).

As part of the military maneuvers, complex tactical operations were conducted involving air squadrons, anti-aircraft missile units, as well as radar reconnaissance and electronic warfare units. Military personnel practiced detecting and destroying enemy cruise missiles and kamikaze drones, as well as neutralizing strike drones using modern electronic warfare means. Special attention was drawn to the testing of the latest weapons samples — long-range and gliding guided bombs.

According to KCNA, during the inspection Kim Jong Un made a harsh statement, demanding that all army units "make a radical breakthrough in preparation for war, constantly being ready to enter into combat operations".
