The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel has officially announced the temporary closure of all its diplomatic missions worldwide in connection with the escalating situation in relations with Iran.

According to the statement from the foreign policy department, the provision of consular services will be completely suspended during the closure period.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly urges all Israeli citizens abroad to fill out a special form on the emergency information portal, providing up-to-date information about their whereabouts and current situation.

It is worth noting that a similar registration system was previously used by Israeli authorities after the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023. At that time, it was used to coordinate the return of reservists to their homeland and organize emergency evacuation flights.
