Chinese rapper stopped the show to help a girl catch a pervert at a concert in Hangzhou
An unusual incident occurred at a concert of a young Chinese rapper in Hangzhou, reports South China Morning Post. The performance was paused after one of the spectators tried to get the artist's attention to report the indecent behavior of an unknown man. Due to the loud music, the performer did not immediately hear the girl's shouts and handed her the microphone so she could explain the situation.
Into the microphone, the victim shared shocking details: a stranger "discharged" on her leg. She also described the offender's appearance in detail — a man in gray clothes, overweight, with greasy hair and about the same height as her.
Reacting instantly, the rapper ordered all exits from the club to be closed and the CCTV footage to be checked. The audience supported the musician's decisive actions with loud applause. The artist assured the victim that the criminal would be detained either by him or by the police, and suggested she continue enjoying the concert.
According to Hangzhou police, a 25-year-old suspect with the surname Luo was arrested that same evening at his home. As the rapper later reported, the offender managed to leave the concert hall before law enforcement arrived, but his identity was established thanks to surveillance cameras and videos taken by those present. The musician highly praised the girl's courage and emphasized how important it is for women to stand up for their rights and preserve evidence in such situations.
