Tragedy in Costa Rica: "The Cosby Show" star Malcolm Warner dies in the ocean
Famous American actor Malcolm Warner tragically passed away while on vacation in Costa Rica. According to The Guardian, the 54-year-old artist drowned, falling victim to a treacherous ocean current.
Warner won the hearts of millions of viewers through his role as Theodore in the cult sitcom "The Cosby Show," where he starred from 1984 to 1992. This work earned the talented actor a nomination for the prestigious Emmy television award.
According to Costa Rican police, the tragic incident occurred on July 19, when two men were swept out to sea by a strong current. One victim was rescued and taken to the hospital in critical condition. Unfortunately, Warner could not be saved. The actor's body was only discovered by rescuers the following day.
Malcolm Warner was born in New Jersey in 1970 and received education in directing. Besides his acting career, he established himself as a music video director. Television viewers could also see Warner in popular series such as "Major Crimes," "Suits," "The Resident," "911," and "Missing Persons Unit," where he shined as a guest star.
