Shocking incident in Florida: police officer brutally beat driver for turned off headlights
An outrageous incident of police violence occurred in Jacksonville (Florida) in February 2025, however, the video recording of the incident became public only in July, when the victim decided to publish it on social media. According to Metro, as a result of the attack, the driver had a chipped tooth and received nine stitches on his lip.
"In the video, you can hear the driver asking the officer, who is standing on the passenger side of the car, why he was pulled over, since 'there's no rain.' The police officer, who is off-camera, replies: 'That doesn't matter - you're still required to drive with your headlights on,'" the publication notes.
The conflict sharply escalated when the motorist asked to be shown the relevant law and requested a superior officer. Instead of responding, the law enforcement officer suddenly broke the car window and began hitting the driver with his fist on the head, demanding he immediately exit the vehicle. The man was then forcibly removed from the car and thrown onto the asphalt.
