Closed-door negotiations between Trump and Zelensky in Washington have concluded

An important diplomatic meeting took place at the White House - US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky concluded the closed part of their negotiations, which lasted about an hour.

According to the White House YouTube channel broadcast, after the bilateral talks, the leaders joined an expanded meeting format with key European politicians. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, French President Emmanuel Macron, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen gathered at one table.

At the conclusion of the closed part of the negotiations, Donald Trump briefly noted that "many topics" were discussed during the meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart.
