According to the specialist, first and foremost, this modest-looking fruit should be noted by those who suffer from gastrointestinal problems. Its high fiber content helps improve digestion and keep the intestines in good shape. But that's not all: kiwi has a low glycemic index, which means it helps keep blood sugar levels under control and avoid dangerous insulin spikes.
