Employee of Global Media Group Elvin Soldatov conquered Heydar Peak in honor of the 102nd birth anniversary of the national leader, founder of the independent Azerbaijani state Heydar Aliyev.
As TUT.AZ reports, information about this significant ascent appeared on the official page of Global Media Group on the social network Facebook.
"Elvin Soldatov, accompanied by guides, overcame the difficult route in a record 3.5 hours and reached the summit of Heydar, which rises 3,751 meters above sea level in the picturesque Gyzylgaya massif of the Bashdag ridge in the Greater Caucasus system," the publication says.
