However, for those who are not ready to say goodbye to this beverage, the expert advises choosing whole milk, which undergoes minimal processing and preserves its natural properties.
Pons strongly recommends avoiding semi-skimmed and skimmed variants. The nutritionist also cautions against consuming popular plant-based alternatives today — soy, almond, and other types of "milk." According to him, these beverages often contain stabilizers, preservatives, and various additives that can harm health.
