Spanish expert reveals the main mistake when drinking water that deprives us of health benefits
According to the authoritative publication Vanitatis, renowned Spanish medical specialist Alexander Olmos has identified a common misconception that many people make when consuming water. It turns out that an incorrect approach to hydration can significantly reduce the positive effect on the body.
Dr. Olmos claims that consuming a large volume of water at once is an ineffective tactic. The human body is physically unable to fully absorb and rationally use such an amount of liquid at one time. As a result, a significant portion of the water consumed is simply excreted from the body without having time to bring the expected benefits.
The medical expert strongly advises distributing water consumption evenly throughout the day. This strategy ensures the most effective use of fluid for critically important physiological processes: normal digestion, maintaining skin hydration, as well as the proper functioning of cells and the brain.
