In China, an innovative laboratory has been launched that challenges the aging of the organism. This is reported by The New York Times (NYT).
Lonvi Biosciences is a promising startup in the field of longevity medicine, located in the technology hub of Shenzhen in southern China. The company has made a breakthrough by developing unique pills capable of slowing down the aging process. The main component of this revolutionary remedy is a compound extracted from grape seed extract.
The scientific basis for the company's developments was research by Shanghai scientists. Specialists discovered that procyanidin C1 (PCC1), contained in grape seeds, can increase the lifespan of laboratory mice by 9.4%. Even more impressive results were observed when the substance was first administered—the rodents' lifespan increased by a colossal 64.2%.
"Reaching the age of 150 is an absolutely achievable goal. And in just a few years, this will become a reality," said the company's technical director Liu Qinghua.
