New wave of viral infection among children: redness and fever as main symptoms
As reported by TUT.AZ, a viral disease with characteristic symptoms is actively spreading in children's groups. First, the child's face turns red, then a rash appears, which spreads from the abdomen to the back, followed by an increase in temperature. Specialists emphasize that this condition is often mistakenly taken for an allergic reaction, although this is not the case.
Infectious disease specialist Mardan Aliyev in an interview with Xəzər Xəbər clarified the situation, noting that an accurate diagnosis of "parvovirus" can only be established after a blood test.
The doctor recommends that patients with these symptoms observe bed rest and ensure plenty of fluids. In cases of elevated temperature, fever-reducing medications may be prescribed.
