In Yekaterinburg, Mutvaly Shykhlinski, heir to the influential leader of the Azerbaijani diaspora of the Urals, has been detained
According to information from the E1.ru portal, law enforcement agencies in Yekaterinburg have detained Mutvaly Shykhlinski — the son of Shahin Shykhlinski, who heads the Azerbaijani diaspora of the Ural region.
According to the publication, the incident occurred on July 1 during an operation to detain Mutvaly's father. During the event, the young man allegedly ran over a special forces officer while driving a premium-class "Gelendwagen" vehicle.
Currently, the detainee is in the Investigative Committee, where investigative actions are being conducted with him. The fact of detention was officially confirmed by Vitaly Borodin, head of the Federal Project for Security and Fight Against Corruption.
