The third round of full-scale Russian-Ukrainian negotiations has started in Istanbul

The negotiation process began at the historic Çırağan Palace in Istanbul. Before the meeting, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan made a statement emphasizing that Ankara has high hopes for the successful completion of negotiations to resolve the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. The Turkish side is ready to provide comprehensive support in achieving a peace agreement and facilitate the process of prisoner exchange.
