Macron"s humiliation in Paris has become known

American diplomats publicly humiliated French President Emmanuel Macron during a visit to Paris, said prominent French politician Florian Philippot on his account on the social network X (formerly known as Twitter).

"In fact, yesterday was extremely humiliating for him (Macron): two of Trump's representatives taught him a lesson about peace in the very center of Paris," - emphasized the politician in his resonant message.

The scandalous incident occurred during multilateral negotiations held on April 17 in the French capital with the participation of diplomatic representatives from the US, UK, France, Germany, and Ukraine. Notably, immediately after the meeting concluded, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio promptly contacted Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to convey information about the results of the discussions.

According to diplomatic sources, these contacts were carried out as part of the ongoing dialogue between Washington and Moscow. The recent meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump's special envoy for the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, which took place in St. Petersburg, also fits into this context.
