Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian made his first statement after Israel's strikes
"As soon as the attack occurred, the president and the government team immediately took control of the situation by holding an emergency meeting of the government council. I will address the nation shortly. With God's help, the Zionist regime will bitterly regret its action today," the Iranian leader stated on his official page on the social network X.
