As a result of rough actions by medical personnel during childbirth, the newborn's arm was completely separated from the body. Despite the severe injury, the infant survived and was urgently transferred to a medical facility in a neighboring city for specialized care.

Relatives of the affected woman reported inhumane treatment by the hospital staff. According to them, the woman in labor was subjected to unacceptable treatment.
