Tragedy in the mountains: bear mauled two hunters in Afghan Nuristan
As reported by TUT.AZ with reference to Amu TV channel, a fatal case of a wild animal attacking people occurred in the remote province of Nuristan.
According to available information, villagers from Kunda-Dara, Wali Mohammad and Hassan Khan, went to a mountainous area to collect medicinal plants and hunt small game.
It is reported that on their way back, the hunters unexpectedly encountered a bear. The enraged predator attacked the men and brutally killed them.
The official authorities of the province have not yet commented on this tragic incident.
