Celebrity Failure: Lewis Hamilton and Leonardo DiCaprio Lost Millions on Vegan Business

A high-profile celebrity project has ended in fiasco. Legendary Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton and Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio have lost an impressive sum of 20 million dollars invested in a chain of vegan fast food restaurants, reports Gazeta.ru.

The ambitious Neat Burger chain, which opened its doors in prestigious locations in London, Milan, and New York, failed to stay afloat. The company's financial indicators rapidly deteriorated: in 2021, losses reached 4.3 million dollars, and in 2022, this figure grew to a catastrophic 10.6 million dollars.

Neat Burger company, created by the famous tandem of Hamilton and DiCaprio, has officially declared bankruptcy and ceased operations.

40-year-old Hamilton is competing for legendary Ferrari in the current 2024 Formula 1 season. The British driver has already written his name in motorsport history, matching the outstanding achievement of German legend Michael Schumacher – seven Formula 1 championship titles. One title was won with McLaren and six with the Mercedes team.

In the completed season, the renowned Briton finished in seventh position. The championship title went to Dutch Red Bull driver Max Verstappen for the fourth consecutive time.
