Football players of the Azerbaijan national team met with Recep Tayyip Erdogan

President of Turkey Erdogan met with female footballers of "Yuksekvasspor", among whom Azerbaijani athletes shined

As reported by TUT.AZ, the head of the Turkish Republic Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a ceremonial reception for the women's football team "Yuksekvasspor". Representatives of the Azerbaijan national team who defend the colors of the Turkish club were also present at the significant meeting: Vusala Seyfeddinova, Vusala Hajiyeva, Zhala Makhsimova and Aytaj Sharifova. Unfortunately, another Azerbaijani footballer Sevinj Jafarzade, who recently joined the team, could not participate in the meeting due to her late addition to the collective.

It should be noted that "Yuksekvasspor" triumphantly finished the last season, becoming the winner of the 1st league and earning the right to play in the prestigious Super League of Turkey.
