"Dud's actions may be evaluated under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation," - said an informed source of the agency, revealing a new turn in the case of the famous blogger who has been recognized as a foreign media agent in Russia.

Recall that on July 22, the Basmanny Court of Moscow issued a decision on the in-absentia arrest of Yuri Dud. According to the ruling, the blogger will be taken into custody for two months from the moment of his extradition to Russia or detention on the territory of the country. The decision was based on charges under part 3 of Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - "Malicious non-fulfillment of duties provided for by legislation on foreign agents." Now the case may take an even more serious turn with a possible investigation under the article on high treason.
