A new commander of the IRGC ground forces has been appointed

Mohammed Karemi appointed as the head of IRGC Ground Forces of Iran

Mohammed Karemi officially assumed the position of commander of the Ground Forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), as reported by the IRNA news agency.

Previously, General Karemi held the position of commander of the "Quds" base of the IRGC Ground Forces, which controls the strategically important southeastern region of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
