Constantine forever inscribed his name in film history when in 2004 he recognized the potential in the "Saw" project, which later became a cult horror franchise. Fate arranged with bitter irony - the main antagonist of the series, John Kramer played by Tobin Bell, suffered from the same ailment as the producer himself.
