Pashinyan: Armenia seeks constructive relations with Russia based on mutual interests

As reported by TUT.AZ with reference to TASS, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made an important statement about Russian-Armenian relations during a joint press conference with his Estonian counterpart Kristen Michal in Tallinn.

"Armenia's relations with Russia are based and will be based on mutual interests. But I would like to be very clear, often in Armenia there are expressions that incorrectly reflect reality, in my opinion. We have no intention at all to aggravate, break or spoil relations with Russia. We want to have good relations with all international partners," emphasized the head of the Armenian government.

He also stated readiness to sign a joint statement on the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group simultaneously with a peace agreement.

The Prime Minister of Estonia, in turn, expressed satisfaction with the progress achieved between Azerbaijan and Armenia on the text of the peace treaty.

"I hope that the treaty will be signed in the near future," he noted.
