It's recommended to maintain optimal humidity in the bedroom and train nasal breathing. A glass of water before bed and immediately after waking helps activate natural cleansing and moisturize the mucous membrane.
If the unpleasant odor persists throughout the day despite all preventive measures, this may signal internal problems. Often the cause is diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, nasopharynx, or chronic tonsillitis. In such cases, specialist consultation and comprehensive examination are necessary.
