Famous nutritionist Alvaro Torres warned those trying to lose weight about hidden enemies of a slim figure. According to the specialist, people striving to lose weight should, if possible, exclude bananas from their diet. Torres explained that these fruits contain a lot of sugar and calories, which can slow down the weight loss process.
The nutritionist also advises against consuming melons, especially in the evening, as they also do not contribute to weight loss.
At the same time, Torres emphasized that other fruits should be included in daily nutrition - three to five pieces per day. This will help saturate the body with antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and water, as well as reduce the risk of developing oncological, cardiovascular, and gastrointestinal diseases.
